Set in wonderful rolling countryside, it is just 7 miles from the beautiful seaside village of Saundersfoot with its golden sandy beaches.Four steps lead up to this holiday cottage, comfortably furnished throughout with solid oak furniture and practical wood and tiled floors throughout the ground floor. Some original features of the building have been retained, adding character. The light and airy open-plan living space has a luxurious corner sofa to relax on with French doors opening to a small balcony to the front, sit and relax here with a coffee or a glass of wine on a summer’s evening while you soak up the super views over the fields. Enjoy meals around the family dining table prepared in the large well-equipped, fitted, kitchen with breakfast bar. This opens to the rear, enclosed, south facing garden with a sheltered paved patio and steps to the lawn, a real sun trap. The original well, secure now, makes a pretty feature. Children and dogs will enjoy using the enclosed grassed playing field, where they can run and play, a communal space located across the shared car park. Stairs lead out of the living space to the pretty bedrooms above nestling in the eaves most have super rural views.Conveniently located for exploring, this beautiful area is cross-crossed by footpaths so perfect for walking and cycling enthusiasts.
