Summary: Nice fresh and updated interior. Comfy beds. Not enough hot water if wanting to take bath, but OK for showers.

Summary: Overall this was a good stay! We would absolutely rent this location again if a few things were added. The location is busy in morning, but actually very convenient. House was clean, no odors, well cared for and updated nicely. The kids slept well and so did most the adults. One person in front bedroom complained of traffic sound, but there are fans that cover noise. There are a few details lacking here, especially in the beautiful kitchen, that kept it from being perfect getaway. Theres no papertowel holder or large platters for bringing in grilled food, taking a dinner plate out resulted in not having 6 plates for eating dinner. Dealing with kids and frying fish and burgers, we felt these both odd and inconvenient. There also seemed to be inadequate qty silverware, cups and large plates for accommodations. A previous guest left the remainder of their plastic forks, so we used those to suppliment. There were also no plastic cups for the youth (7-12) in our group. Had a good chuckle at the 7 yr old drinking his fruit juice out of an old fashion glass. Its actually a good memory though! There are only 2 hooks in the bathroom to hang towels. Finding a place to dry towels in a group of 6 was tricky. Futon is only suitable for sleeping with the provided topper, and for small adults/kids as the bars are in the worst places. We also had an empty propane tank our first attempt to grill, but host had it rectified in less than an hour. A+ on response time.

Summary: Get place to stay. Close to a lot of outdoor activities. Nice and clean. Fire pit was get also. Wish we could’ve stayed longer. Hopefully next time 😊
