The Peachland Eagles Nest B&B is in Peachland, BC. with a spectacular lake and mountain view. It is close to the waterfront, restaurants, and shopping. This central Okanagan location is 30 minutes from Kelowna and 35 minutes from Penticton. It takes 12 minutes to get to either West Kelowna or Summerland.
Children OVER 12 are welcome.
• The home features lots of wood trim and a fir beam between the kitchen and living room.
• A stone fireplace with a live edge mantel and gas insert perfect for those cool nights in the spring or fall or after a days snowshoeing during you winter stay.
• A patio is right off the kitchen, perfect for a BBQ and equipped with patio furniture to enjoy the outdoors and the views.
The main floor is an open concept kitchen, dining area and living room with lots of windows to make it bright as well as providing views of the lake from Kelowna to Summerland.
On the main floor you will find a newly renovated kitchen with all brand new stainless steel appliances,
• gas stove/oven, fridge, dishwasher and microwave. Lots of cupboard and cabinet space for storage and plenty of countertop space! Equipped with everything you need to cook a feast.
The home provides a Wi-Fi, internet and a TV with Netflix and Youtube. It has AC for the hot summer days and a forced air furnace for the winter adventure months.
The Orchard House has three bedrooms. The main floor has the master with a king size bed, the second bedroom had a bunkbed system with a double bed and a loft single bed. There is also a sofa/bed with a single mattress in the main floor living room. The third bedroom is on the lower floor and has a queen bed with a TV and a couch. There is also a full bathroom on the lower floor.
The main floor bathroom has a tub/shower, large vanity and beautiful tile work. On the lower level you will find another spacious bathroom with a shower.

There is a full laundry on the lower level should you need it. Just ask the hosts.
On the Premises and Meals:
Your meals will be self-catered. We supply a few breakfast items to start your stay: coffee pods, tea, milk, O.J eggs, bread, and yogurt and portions of peanut butter, and jam. Once they are gone then you would buy what you want. We keep you stocked in condiments including ketchup, mustard, mayo, butter. We also provide cooking oil and spices.
The kitchen is fully equipped for a snack or a major feast or take advantage of the excellent restaurants in Peachland. There is a BBQ on your private deck
We supply towels, beach towels, bedlinen, soaps, shampoo and conditioner. There's a hair dryer that you can use as well as an iron and ironing board.
There are beach chairs and backpacks available so you can enjoy the great beaches in Peachland and Summerland.
There is parking available for a boat or trailer. Contact the Hosts to inquire.
THE MINIMUM RENTAL PERIOD IS 3 DAYS. NO PETS OR SMOKING. AN APPLICATION AND A BC TENANCY AGREEMENT WILL BE REQUIRED FOR STAYS LINGER THAN 28 DAYS.

Summary: We found the Orchard House to be a most comfortable "home away from home". The hosts stocked our fridge with all kinds of breakfast essentials and provided coffee for the entire stay. The kitchen was well-equipped. The views from the deck were a constant delight. We would not hesitate to stay there again and highly recommend it.

Summary: Our stay at The Orchard House was absolutely delightful. The location was great, a few minutes drive from the beach and restaurants. The house itself was very spacious and clean and stocked with great foods for breakfast! And Murray was a great host who was available whenever we had questions.

Summary: My husband and my sister stayed for 2 weeks at this scenic property. The home was quaint and tastefully decorated. The open concept with a gas fire insert in the living room made this a place we enjoyed a lot of time in. The kitchen was roomy and easy to work in. Murray and Valerie were wonderful hosts, very accommodating and pleasant to interact with. The scenery was a feast for the eyes after coming from Ontario. Every morning we woke up to beautiful scenery which often included wildlife wandering around the property ( mostly mule deer) but apparently there are bear there as well. We only saw the paw marks in one of our hiking trips around the property. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Summary: Myself and a group of 3 friends spent a long weekend at Peachland B&A and had wonderful time. Spectacular views, warm and welcoming stay, where we had everything we need. Murray and his wife made the experience special leaving us some fresh food in the fridge and we appreciated the charm of the creative and experienced carpentry built into the natural landscape.

Summary: We really enyoyed our stay at the Orchard House. Everything was perfect. The house is very comfortable and the view is spectacular. When we started looking at the house for a reservation, Murray was very efficient and always answered quickly. Perfect place if you plan a visit in the Kelowna area.
