Positive: Beautiful resort and location We were the only guests as they were renovating, but it caused no disturbance to our stay. Nice bed. All different houses are made of bamboo.

Negative: Mosque in the area kept transmitting prayers all night Main pool was closed for cleaning and the smaller one was not very clean, but as it was not to hot we didn't want to go swimming anyway.

Summary: Beautiful resort, 10/10 would recommend and stay again!

Positive: From the surface, a beautiful place. Architecturally super well done.

Negative: Sink did not work properly in one of the 2 rooms. Swimming pool not really usable as the water is too cold (coming directly from a stream). No extra toilet paper given in 3 days, I had to ask for it. On some occasions there was no warm water in the shower. The staff gave impression that they were disturbed while doing nothing when we asked for anything.

Summary: Could be a very nice place to stay if things worked properly and the staff was willing to work.

Positive: Location, infinity pool over the river and food quality at the restaurant. Very very kind personal

Negative: Low low level of English spoken. No taxi service and far to any restaurants other than the Hotel Restaurant. Hotel Restaurant had maybe 1/3 of the menu card, the rest was 'sold out' alle 4 days we stayed there. No room cleaning during our 3 nights and 4 days.
