The Palm Beach Treehouse is an upmarket 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom Palm Beach luxury holiday house on Waiheke Island. This modern and well appointed holiday house enjoys fantastic indoor/outdoor living across 2 levels, plus the added convenience of a vehicle during your stay.
This 2 storey Palm Beach treehouse includes open plan living upstairs, with expansive windows to bring the peaceful scenery indoors. Wander onto the generous deck for dining al fresco, fire up the BBQ, relax in the spa or cozy up in front of the fireplace in winter.
Bedroom 1 is fitted with an ensuite bathroom and two king single beds, which can be joint to make a super king bed. Bedroom 2 is also fitted with two king single beds, which can be joint to make a super king bed. Bedroom 3 is fitted with a queen bed. The bedrooms offers deck access for easy summer living. There is a heat pump in each bedroom for year round comfort.
Everything you require for a relaxed break is on hand at this contemporary and upmarket escape. There is even a vehicle available for your convenience. To use the vehicle you must have a full drivers license, be over the age of 25 years old and all fuel for the vehicle will be at the guests' expense.

For your convenience, both of the super king beds in Bedroom 1 and 2, are able to be split into 2 king single beds on request.The vehicle provided is a Mazda SUV - drivers must be over 25 years old and insurance excess of $400 to be covered if the car is damaged. Guests using the car provided are kindly asked to please fill up the petrol tank before they leave, so that it is full for the next guests coming in. Please note: The water supplied to the house is via a tank and from time to time, due to environmental factors (pollen) can have a sulphur odour..Please note a bond of $750 may be charged at certain times of the year. One of our team members will contact you if this is required for your booking.

Summary: Great location, warm and well equipped. Disappointing service re a request over a cold spa pool. The requested help never arrived and we got it heating ourselves, but we were Disappointed to miss the spa experience in the first part of our stay. The spa was a major reason for choosing the property. We paid a charge for service ; it needs to exist !!

Summary: The house was even better than we anticipated. 3 extremly spacious rooms with a modern dining and kitchen area. We were thrilled to see the spa pool was up and running for us. Super ideal that they offer a car to use during your stay, this again added to the convenience of our trip. The Countdown is a 2 minute drive from the house along with a little village with food and cafe. Wineries were a 15 minute drive. We will definitely be keeping this place in mind for future stays on Waiheke.

Summary: Absolutely loved this property. Clean, modern and well appointed. The spa was well utalised and clean. Top feature outside of the double shower in the master suite and the wood burner was the vehicle that came with the house. Just watch out for the wee drop of the driveway.. take the aproach from the bottom of the road. We will definately return!

Summary: What a great place! it's in very good shape and has some good audio/video gear and a wonderful kitchen. The view from the deck / living room is absolutely gorgeous too!

Summary: Stayed here over the weekend for my birthday weekend and it was lovely! Beautiful property to stay in, we had plenty of BBQ's and loved having the use of the car too. Only problem was the spa was a bit temperamental, maybe needs a little looking into as it kept turning off and tripping the fuse for all the outdoor lights etc. lucky we had a builder staying and he managed to get it going by the next morning so we could at least enjoy it on the second night of our stay. We hope to be back soon :)
