Positive: The Layout design. It was more spacious and ‘luxurious’ compared to another unit in Benson tower managed under another person.
Negative: The view from the window reading ledge overlooks the rooftop. Not much of a view. No slippers provided in the bathroom because it’s wrong to assume every visitor wears slippers in Surabaya.
Summary: A welcome oasis atop the Pakuwon mall. Lovely unit in a convenient location. Would have liked to stay longer.

Positive: Location was excellent, just next to Pakuwon Mall. The owner is friendly and always contactable. He gave clear instructions on the location and key collection. The apartment is on high floor with good views.
Negative: We could not request for late checkout.

Positive: The room is very comfortable. For its price it’s probably one of the nicest places I’ve stayed. Its location is very convenient. It’s right next to a shopping mall making shopping incredibly easy. It has everything you need. The view from the room is also very beautiful. The apartment has a gym and pool. We won’t have trouble finding where to eat whether making food yourself or buying from the mall. The people at the front desk did provide free wifi when I asked about check in and were very helpful. The instructions to get the keys were very easy to follow and the host was very informative, responsive, and polite.
Negative: The instructions for the keys could have been communicated in a way that didn’t require wifi or a phone call. In this case I had it, but if I didn’t have it I wouldn’t have known how to get the keys as the people at the front desk don’t know the specifics and asked to contact the host. Other than that I don’t have any complaints.
