Positive: We absolutely loved our stay and couldn’t have asked for a better host. Andrea was incredibly professional, friendly, and proactive. When we got a bit lost, he responded instantly on WhatsApp and arrived to pick us up within minutes. Upon check‑in, he took the time to show us everything we needed to know. The apartment itself was modern, spotlessly clean, and perfectly sized for two people. The location was convenient, making it easy to get around. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay — highly recommended!

Negative: Very minor stuff--I'd personally wish for an extra pillow. My partner mentioned that he would have loved to have a place to hang a kitchen towel since he found it inconvenient to have nothing to dry his hands. Knowing the owner's attitude, I'm sure these issues will be addressed quickly 😊

Negative: Just would have preferred more effective curtaining. Voiles are lovely but when you turn lights on and undressing you feel more vulnerable.

Positive: Good location, really good parking space in individual underground garage, good service, nice apartment.

Negative: Details such as: no light bulbs in the kitchen, broken lock on the balcony door, trash in the garage. If it weren't for that, the rating would be 10/10. I will definitely come back next time i visit Monte Carlo.

Positive: Beautiful view from the balcony, host is very friendly and helpful. Good to have parking space underground so you don’t worry about this aspect. Public transport available right outside of the building.

Negative: Apartment might need a bit of refurbishment and deep cleaning but in general it’s a good place to stay ! It’s a good value for money in Monaco!

Positive: Excellent, clean and cozy apartments near the center. Stunning view from the window. It is very important to have a covered parking right in the house. We will be happy to stay here again.

Positive: Self catering but great facilities so we could prepare food and all refreshments in the apartment. The owner was very responsive to any questions. Incredibly the owner recommended great restaurants including his own

Negative: Nothing in particular. However transportation to and from Monaco need’s care. There are buses and a very helpful private chauffeur available

Summary: We attended the Boat Show and will book soon for next year’s show!
