Summary: It’s the second time I’ve stayed at the Parkview. The hotel was terrific, the staff kind and helpful. Our room was spacious, clean and had a lovely view of the little park in front of the hotel. I was impressed (and happy) with how clean the room & bathroom were. The complimentary breakfast was very nice & filling with many options. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Syracuse!!

Summary: We were pleasantly surprised by the uniqueness of this hotel. We weren't sure what to expect but the hotel was charming and the double beds weren't too small. The two small complaints have to do with the quality of some of the towels - original towels were as threadbare and scratchy as a scouring pad but replacements were plush. Breakfast is excellent with several types of eggs but could definitely have more - i.e. sausages, ham and/or potatoes. We would definitely recommend this hotel in downtown Syracuse!

Summary: My wife and I really enjoy the Parkview Hotel. It was built in 1926 and it has a very 1920s vibe. If you like art deco, you’ll like this hotel.

Summary: Had a suite and it was lovely. The building was historical and nice. Free breakfast was a nice variety of items. Location was good for my needs. Nice little park with a fountain right across the street outside. Loads of parking. I really enjoyed my stay.

Summary: The day was fine. The windows in the room rooms don’t open. There is an air conditioning unit in the window, which even set to echo friendly is quite loud. Our toilet didn’t flush, but the hotel was quick to fix it. The room could have been a little bit cleaner, but it was fine.

Summary: Although it was not the room I wanted, management called and talked to me about options. I stayed in my original room. It was very quiet and comfortable. I appreciate the attention the managers gave to make my stay as pleasant as possible.

Summary: Not in the Syracuse neighborhood proper but a nice walk on a nice day. Hotel was totally comfortable with a nice big lobby (including early coffee service). Great fun taco place and outstanding deli right out the back door. Desk staff very friendly. Gym fine. For sure met our needs.

Summary: We arrived later in the evening around 9 The person at front desk was pleasant upon checkin After getting into room, showering and getting into the comfy bed- the TV didn't work( it's direct tv) I called down to front desk, the front desk person went to another room to ensure that TV worked and then had us transfer rooms. Another super comfy bed. I was so grateful.
