Summary: My Go-To in Amsterdam. Awesome location in the best neighborhood. Filled with classic touches, the hotel delivers on all accounts. And super friendly staff. Hand-written note in my room welcoming me back (I last stayed her in 2019!). The best.

Summary: The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was exceptional with a large tub and separate shower. There was only one item which we were a little confused about. Maybe it was mentioned in the reservation, but there are actually 2 locations where the rooms are, although they are only a couple of doors apart. We had some heavy luggage, but the staff were more than accommodating in assisting us with them. We will return to The Toren on our next visit to Amsterdam.

Summary: So wonderful from before we got there, to the ease of check in, the upgrade, and the amazing room. OMG. Wouldn’t change one thing about the entire vacation. Highly recommend this hotel to ANYONE.

Summary: Beautiful property conveniently located to all the museums, shopping and restaurants. Staff was helpful and friendly. Garden suite was spacious, quiet and private. We stayed at this hotel 10 years ago and was not disappointed 10 years later.

Summary: I had such a great stay The Pavilions Amsterdam, The Torens. The staff was super friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived, which made the whole experience really enjoyable. Love the recommendations for the restaurants nearby. I’ve got to give a special shoutout to Kevin at the Bar — he was awesome! Super friendly, easy to talk to, and really made everyone at the bar feel welcome. You can tell he genuinely enjoys what he does, and it definitely adds to the overall vibe of the place. Highly recommend this place if planning to visit Amsterdam.
