Positive: Very clean, comfy couch for relaxing and had everything we needed in kitchen for preparing meals. The host was very communicative and responsive.
Negative: The stairs up to the apartment were a bit steep but manageable for 2 - 70 year old friends but might be difficult for some. Queen beds were too soft for me, but the twin was more firm and supportive.

Positive: Our hostess was very communicative. There was parking in the driveway and on the street. Grateful to have access to a beach umbrella for a beach excursion and really appreciated the complimentary bottle of wine!

Positive: It was exactly as advertised. Very clean, and the hosts were very responsive and accommodating.
Negative: Refrigerator ice maker and water dispenser didn't work.

Positive: This roomy apartment has everything you need: good kitchen, enough comfortable seating in the living and dining rooms, smart TV and WiFi. Great location for seeing the Gilded Age houses and Cliff Walk.
Negative: Having to climb a flight of stairs.

Positive: Location was wonderful. So, so close to everything yet in such a quiet residential section. The roughly 15+ stairs heading up to the entrance door 2nd floor, was not as easy as it looked! (we are not in our 20's anymore!) Also, the heatwave these last few days did not help at all! Sweet 2 bedroom with everything you could need! We will be back!
Negative: For me, basically nothing! My husband, it was too bright for him. He was never a fan of sheer curtains. He likes to sleep in darkness, so I am glad he brought his sleep mask!
Summary: The Peaceful Puffin was just that - peaceful. I could have stayed all week :)

Positive: Very nice in every way: furniture, bedding, bathroom. It was also very clean and we appreciated being able to find everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
Negative: Seating in family room was a little too cozy for our adult party of tall people. Also, downstairs neighbor told us we could park in the driveway which was great but we did not see that written anywhere prior to arrival.
Summary: I would definitely stay again- it was very, very nice! Enjoyed being able to walk into town and down to the water.
