Positive: The property was really spacious with two sitting areas and a bedroom on the upper area plus a lower area with a large kitchen, table and bathroom. It even had air conditioning which had just been added. It had all dishes you could need, plus many closets, and plenty of space. The upper area had windows so it was sunny and bright. Also it has a very secure entry and is first floor so you don’t have to bring luggage up many stairs. The pictures don’t do it justice, but I forgot to take any.
Negative: The only small thing was you could feel the rumble of the metro, but just barely.
Summary: Very comfortable and secure apartment

Positive: This is the perfect space for exploring Paris with a group. The location is absolutely central and just down the street from the nearest Metro station! The host Luc was extremely accommodating, he allowed us to check in early after arriving from an early flight. Luc also allowed us to store our bags in his shop on our check out day since our flight was not until later in the day. He was very friendly and accommodating in every way possible. Free coffee too!! Thank you for a wonderful stay Luc!

Positive: The property was in a central location and close to shops, cafes, bakeries and restaurants. It was also just a 2 min walk to the metro. Only a 20 min walk to Notre Dame and 30 min to the Latin Quarter. Luc was a fantastic and kind host and the apartment had a lots of personal touches. Luc was also very responsive to our questions and messages. One of us had a late flight and Luc kindly allowed the suitcases to be stored at his premises. We felt welcomed and it’s so rare these days to find accommodation managed by a caring owner rather than an impersonal agency.
Negative: Everything was fine. If anything, a few mugs were chipped but that was a minor issue.
Summary: A welcoming place in central Paris.

Positive: It was thoughtfully appointed, for all our needs during the stay, and plenty of space for our things. The location could not have been better, 3 minutes walk from Metro lines 8, 9 (for several galleries) and 4 (for the main station). An easy walk down Rue St Martin to the Pompidou Centre and Notre Dame, which covered our other destinations of choice. Luc is a perfect host, and made us feel welcome as he greeted us outside and introduced us to all the features of the the place. We could have called him any time for help with any problems - but there were none!
Negative: Being a tall person I had to take care not to bump my head going upstairs. Luc warned me of course but as usual I need a couple of gentle reminders from the ceiling joists before I remember.
Summary: Marvellous, we are so happy we booked this one.

Positive: Excellent location to explore Paris , surrounded by restaurants, pubs , grosseries and just few minutes walk to BO&MIE boulangerie where you can get fresh Viennoiseries with a cup of coffee to start your day . The place is being run by a fantastic host Luc .We were arriving late and he was waiting for us till midnight. Highly recommended , we would stay here again if we are back to Paris.
Negative: If you are a tall person you need to watch your head going up the stairs to the bedroom but overall there were no any issues at all

Positive: This is a perfect little apt. to use as a base to see the sights of Paris. A couple minutes walk to metro station, close to grocery store and several restaurants. Bed was extremely comfortable, apt. clean, and a few little extras thrown in.. like, house slippers, an umbrella available if needed, bowl of various candies on the table. Luc goes over the top here, I highly recommend this apartment.
Negative: There was nothing, I’d move in here if I could!

Positive: Property was great. A little different to what we are used to but we had a great host, Luc, who was just wonderful. Communication was great. We were late and Luc was waiting for us outside the unit. He had a lovely welcome gift of chocolates for us. Happy with all the facilities and the beds were comfortable. Had a great sleep. Sofa bed comfortable too Place was about a min walk from the main train station and a 20/30min straight flat walk to Notre Dame, then we walked to Louvre and Arc de Triomphe. The area we stayed in is 3rd arrondissement. Metro only about 100metres. Lots of places to eat and drink.
Negative: Not a complaint at all but for some light sleepers you can hear the underground train and there is a vibration. We didn’t mind it at all. If you are tall just need to duck walking up to the room
Summary: Luc was a fabulous host. Unit was perfect for 3 peope.
