Positive: The location was great, near all kinds of restaurants and grocery stores and even the Brandon mall.
Negative: We did have a little run in with the A.C going out but the property management was very quick to fix the issue.

Positive: It was very clean when we arrived. Felt like we were coming home every time we entered. Pool and hot tub were great being enclosed. Game room was fun to hang out in and shoot pool. Spacious kitchen area was a nice hang out spot for us. Got comfy on the couches and watched a movie as well.
Negative: Everything went well at the property so nothing to complain about.
Summary: Spacious. Fun. Felt like home. Great communication with owner. Felt safe and secure while we were there

Positive: The location was perfect. Every possible store and restaurant is within a couple of miles. Also, Busch Gardens and the Seminole Hard Rock Casino is a very short drive away. The house is cozy and very well maintained. The neighborhood was good and the neighbors were friendly. The house was exactly as advertised. The owner is very friendly and responded to my couple of questions within minutes. I could not have asked for a better rental for the price. The family and are are even considering renting the same house next year.
Negative: I have no complaints whatsoever.

Positive: I loved the pool and jacuzzi. The set up with the tv in the kitchen was awesome as well as the game room. Overall we were very comfortable!
Negative: Everything was great!
Summary: Very comfortable overall. The kids loved the game room and me and my wife really enjoyed the Jacuzzi. 10 out of 10!
