3 Bedroom House in Brandon

Incredibly peaceful 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home with a 2 car garage and a large fenced in back yard. The property has an open floor plan with tons of upgrades that you would expect from a luxury home. The moment you walk into the property you'll notice the extremely open floor plan, the designer kitchen, wood flooring through out the home, 2 living areas, and so much more. Our home is located about 15-20 minutes from downtown Tampa, 15-20 minutes from Bush Gardens, 45-60 minutes from Disney theme parks, and about 45 minutes from Clearwater Beach.
PLEASE READ THE "ADDITIONAL INFORMATION" BELOW BEFORE BOOKING.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
1. Our standard check-in time is 4:00 p.m. EST and our standard check-out time is by 10:00 a.m. EST.
2. This property is located about 15-20 minutes from Downtown Tampa, 20 minutes from Busch Gardens, and about 45 minutes from the beaches.
3. We do accept pets at some properties. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $250 per pet. All pets must weight 35lbs or less. Dogs and cats only. WE DO NOT EXCEPT ANY EXOTIC ANIMALS.
4. We do not provide cribs or pack-in-play. There are local services that do provide those items should you desire to rent them.
5. Please note that we require a minimum payment of $500 at the time of booking and your remaining balance, if any, is due 30 days prior to your arrival. If your reservation total is less than $500 then your entire reservation amount is due at the time of booking.
6. If you pay with a credit card an additional 3% processing fee will be added to the reservation total. We only accept Visa, Discover, or MasterCard.
7. The number of people the property can sleep/accommodate may not sleep all people in beds. The total number of people unit can sleep/accommodate is the maximum number of people we allow to stay and sleep in the unit overnight.
8. MUST BE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD TO RENT and provide a form of identification(Drivers License, Passport, or similar) prior to checking in to confirm age and identity.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
If you cancel 30 or more days prior to your arrival date we will issue you a refund of your prepaid amount(s) less an administrative fee of $100.
If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival then we can only issue you a refund if we are able to get the property released. Should that occur then we will issue you a refund less an administrative fee of $100.

Summary: Wonderful location, great amenities, beautifully decorated, felt like a high grade home. With a den, with recliners, the desk allows work as needed. The kitchen had every amenity and the washer and dryer were over-sized, so nice. Plenty of room for family together time!

Summary: Nicely decorated, kids loved the swing in large backyard. Comfortable beds. Not as close to downtown Tampa as we thought but drive was ok.

Summary: The house was clean anf very well kept. The only issue is the noise from the road in which you have no control. The item was the TV. Sometimes it would take a long time to come on. Other then that it was agreat stay. Would stay there again.

Summary: The house was recently remodeled so it was very clean and everything inside was new. And it was bigger inside than the pictures portray. The communication wasn’t as strong as I am used to. Didn’t receive check-in instructions and actually had to ping VRBO to reach out to Property Manager. They said their was a binder with information inside the property. Couldn’t find it. Property felt safe and there was a lot of room. Only downside to the location is that it is located on a relatively busy cross-street, so if you are a light sleeper bring ear plugs or download a sleep/white noise app.
