Summary: I’ve been to many hotels that cost thousands of dollars per night, and I consider this one as top 5 I ever been at. Great service, phenomenal attention to details and great material in the rooms. The only drew back is the food , which is mediocre at best, but since you are in London, there are more than enough options to dine out.

Summary: I travel a lot for business and this is certainly the best hotel in London and one of the nicest at which I have stayed anywhere in the world. The service is impeccable. Very professional yet warm and friendly.

Summary: As a new hotel you would think it may lack that sense of history and character of other London hotels…this was absolutely not the case. Fantastic from start to finish. The rooms are beautiful, service is impeccable and all the facilities you could want. Beautiful small touches to make you feel special. We also loved the bar and the restaurant Brooklands is an absolute must! The best Michelin starred restaurant we have been to so far.

Summary: All I can say is that I can’t wait to go back. Absolutely the best hotel experience that I’ve ever had. Attentive staff is the best part of the whole experience. They were thoughtful, caring, and very reactive and respectful.
