Summary: Let me start out by saying that this property has 5 star potential with just a few tweaks. After an initial rough start due to a misunderstanding about the property features that was quickly resolved by the landowner, we had a very enjoyable stay. A great secluded location, clean and well kept property and a hot tub that we wanted desperately to use, but the weather was challenging us every evening. We messaged the owner to note that a better description of the property (apparently some of the issue was vrbo), some nicer glassware and new pillows would make this a perfect stay. We would recommend this property.

Summary: This is a lovely house on the river that is an easy drive to the ferry from Levis to Quebec or to Quebec directly. We loved spending time in Quebec and then coming home to a beautiful sunset over the river. The outdoor space is fantastic, including easy access the river for long walks at low tide.
