Outside has plenty space with a jacuzzi (additional fee *) front porch, koi pond, firepit, grill , hammock, games and more. Inside offers: two living areas, one dining room, full kitchen, washer and dryer, WiFi, 3 smart TV's with YouTube TV and Prime for Live TV, Movies, Shows and more.. new king size bed in master suite, two new queen size sofa beds in living spaces, twin size beds (2) upstairs, double shower heads in master shower, Quartz make-up vanity in master bath. Outside offers: front porch swing, firepit with chairs (wood provided), koi/gold fish river/pond, stainless steel BBQ, games, 6 seater wicker table, garden + lush landscaping and more....
*Jacuzzi added to rental in October 2022. Available for extra fee - $70 set up fee + $30 per day usage fee. Jacuzzi is drained, cleaned and refilled with fresh water for every guest. Once you have a confirmed reservation, an extra fee will be sent to you for the add-on.
