Summary: The location, while somewhat remote, is very lovely and quiet. The 4th bedroom, which is actually the living room, should not be billed as a bedroom. It lacks bedside table and lamps, has no closet, no mirror and the a/c is inadequate in the room. The kitchen is well supplied and works well for a crowd. The railing on the deck is unsafe especially for young children. There are no screens on the windows, so with the a/c off there is no way to enjoy the cooler outside temps while sleeping. Cobwebs in the bedrooms need to be addressed. There is no window covering on the master bdrm bathroom. It served our needs even with these inconveniences.

Summary: If anyone want to stay way away from everything, this is the place for you. Singing coyotes all night so nice. The interior of the house was amazing. Highly recommend to anyone who want to enjoy beautiful views, country quietness and a disconnext from the world.

Summary: Our family was pleased with the VRBO. We got to get away from the city and enjoy an amazing view of the river from above. We had a small issue with the coffee pot, but our host was very quick to respond and solve the issue. We would stay there again for sure.
