Summary: I stayed here because I had family at lido beach I was just 12 mins from a beautiful beach and some lovely shops and restaurants. It was lovely and quiet at the apartment and within walking distance to some local shops and restaurants. The apartment had everything you would need.

Summary: This is a very nicely appointed apartment. It is right sized for a single or couple. I found all the necessary items any renter would need. The landlord; Richard; was very supportive, available, and quickly tackled any issues I had. I highly recommend it to all renters interested in the downtown Sarasota area.

Summary: We were very pleasantly surprised at how nice downtown Sarasota is. We were within walking distance of many fine restaurants and stores. We were within biking distance of Lido and Siesta Key. It was overall a great experience. Richard was accessible when we needed. It is a small apartment but fine for the two of us and we really didn't spend our time sitting around anyway. As they say, Location Location Location.

Summary: My wife and I had a pleasure of staying at this property for 1.5 months while exploring Florida’s west coast. The apartment is located in a great neighborhood, just a short drive to Sarasota downtown and Lido beach (our favorite!). There is a really nice park down the block, perfect for morning walks. The apartment was clean and had all of the necessary amenities. We had couple of requests and the owner took care of everything within a day. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate coming back.
