Nestled on a quiet peninsula and overlooking beautiful Perdido Bay, this 3 bed, 2 1/2 bath offers the perfect place for a vacation getaway! The best of both worlds is at your fingertips...the pleasure of a tranquil waterfront setting as well as the convenience of the beaches, entertainment, restaurants and outlet shopping just minutes away. Enjoy kayaking up close and personal with Dolphins. Bring your boat to launch and dock on the pier, or contact the owner for use of the boat house and boat lift. Palmetto/ Spring branch Creek, behind the house, is brackish with a sandy bottom that's perfect for swimming, skiing and tubing. If you wish, bring your castnet and fishing rods for more entertainment.
Enjoy sitting on the screened porch watching the sunset on the bay, or lounge in the rocking chairs on the back porch while grilling your fresh caught fish. The kitchen is well stocked for all of your cooking needs. The counter height bar seats 6 in addition to the dining table for 8. As an added bonus, there's also a newly built, private, walk-in, outdoor shower complete with hot water and a changing area.... Perfect for wet swimsuit changes or cleaning up before going in for the day!

Both master and guest face the bay and have french doors that open up onto the screened porch. The bunk room is very kid friendly and can sleep 5.
If you desire to eat outside, the screened-in porch provides you with a great option as well.
A wooden table seats 8, or enjoy eating on the relaxing furniture, swing or rocking chairs on the other side of the porch. You can enjoy a wonderful candlelight dinner at the table or just hangout on the swing and watch for shooting stars, fireworks or just look at all the lights across the way. The back porch houses a weber gas grill. where you can prepare your fare. It has a table for 4 and chairs to enjoy a morning cup of coffee while watching the resident blue heron family or the sounds of nature.
An extra fridge in the laundry room is available for use, if needed. All bathrooms as well as the linen closet is amply stocked. You'll find plenty of games, cards, a Wii game system, books, 3 youth kayaks, an adult size tandem Kayak, swings and a hammock to entertain the whole family.
If crowds are what you need, the Gulf of Mexico, with its' sugar white sandy beaches, is just a short drive away. The faster pace of Gulf Shores and Orange Beach is close, but not too close, and offers great restaurants, sightseeing, attractions and shopping. Pontoon and speed boats are available for rent and fishing boats can be chartered for off shore and in shore trips at many of the marinas. Para sailing, Dolphin tours and sailing are also available. If shopping is your thing the Tanger Outlet is just a short 20 minute drive away in Foley.

Summary: This property is quiet and has views in both sides of the property. It was away from the crowds but close enough to easily go into Foley, Orange Beach and Pensacola. We will go back again.

Summary: This was by far the best getaway we have experienced l. The house was amazing and well sticked, roomy and all around comfy. The views were awesome and it was so quiet and relaxing. We really enjoyed the screened in porch and the views of the water from the bedrooms. We also were pleased with the fact we were allowed to use the kayaks!!

Summary: Beautiful property! We spent hours enjoying the screened in porch. Water views were spectacular. Kitchen was nicely stocked with everything you needed to cook. We throughly enjoyed our time together here. The house is a bit remote. But, we loved the quiet.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay. The house is very clean and comfortable. We made Thanksgiving dinner in the very well equipped kitchen and loved the views from every room. I would highly recommend this home, especially if you enjoy being away from the crowds.

Summary: We loved our stay at the quiet and beautiful location. Our kids swam pin the creek and fished in the bay. The dock was a perfect spot to tie up our boat and enjoy all the local waterfront restaurants. Our host was very communicative and accommodating. Hope we can stay again!

Summary: To begin with, Terri is a great host. The place was far, far cleaner than any we have previously rented. The location was serene without all the hubbub of the crowded beach scene. Nice views from front and back. Plenty of fans, if needed. The kitchen was truly "fully stocked". The two refrigerators and ice makers were a definite plus. Absolutely loved the swings on porch and below the house where the breeze was refreshing. I can’t really think of any negatives. Personally, I would love a repeat visit.

Summary: This is our second visit and it did not disappoint. The location is perfect. We loved swimming, fishing and kayaking on the back bay. Our son played in the sand for hours while we relaxed on the screened in porch. We rented a boat for the weekend but we would have been just as happy hanging around the house and playing in the bay.
