The Pink Highland House is a newly renovated charming Old Florida style home that has 4 bedrooms, 2 baths and 2000 sq. ft of living space. Located 2 blocks off Dunedin's Main Street and walking distance to St. Josephs Sound and the Pinellas Trail makes this location the perfect spot to call home while visiting.
Centrally located to Tampa and Clearwater Beach as well as our award winning Honeymoon Island and Caladesi Island makes the location even that much better.
The Pink Highland House is a totally renovated 2 story coastal retreat with character and charm around every corner. Outside you'll enjoy a large front porch and fenced in front yard, the perfect spot to sit back and enjoy that Florida lifestyle. Inside you'll find a large eat in kitchen, a workspace, indoor laundry, 2 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms ( all upstairs) and 2 family rooms to enjoy.
**Although we have plenty of space for large families we DO NOT allow any parties or events at the Highland House.**
This property has a cottage in the rear of the property that can be rented at the same time and is also rented regularly. The cottage has the use of the shared driveway.
Please do not block either side of the driveway and park only on the parking pad itself. We have room for 3 cars, other cars would have to use free street parking in front of the house or park in a parking lot downtown.

Summary: This house was extremely clean and had all the little extra amenities to make it feel like a home away from home. We enjoyed that we could walk to anywhere in Dunedin as well as jump on our bikes and take the pinellas trail, which was only 2 blocks away. I would highly recommend this host and this property. We would definitely stay here again!

Summary: Bright, modern and clean. Comfy furniture, big kitchen table to gather around. Well equipped kitchen. Very near downtown but quiet. We would stay there again!
