Positive: Visited with my family of four, my wife and two children 14 and 17, we arrived late at around 11:00 pm, since the key was in a key box there was no issue with having a late checkin, we were given clear instructions on where to find the key box and everything we needed to check in. there is a restaurant directly under the building, it was surprising to find it working that late, was good for us since we were late and hungry. The apartment was very cosy specious for four people and clean, we had the feeling that home not just for rent and business but actually the owner lives there which gave the apartment cosyness and warmth. The view from the balcony was as shown in the photos, seeing part of the see between the buildings infront the general feeling is that the apartment was bright and cheerful. Professional and friendly host, we did not meet personally but all our communication through messages was on a professional and Friendly level. The apartment had a lot of facilities in the kitchen, bathroom, even for the beach there were beach umbrella to take when going to the beach. Perfect location close to a big grocery store, the train and bus, the beach was a couple of minutes walk from the apartment. The train station that we needed to go from and to the airport was a couple of minutes from the apartment. The was an AC in the living room which was great, in addition to two excellent strong fans in the bed room and the living room. The bathroom was clear and with more than sufficient towels, there was another small toilet which was good since we were four. The kitchen included some main spices so we did not need to buy, and all appliances working as expected, the kitchen had a large window looked at the street and made the kitchen bright.
Negative: Nothing really big, but some to mention, the light in the bedroom be better, adding an AC in the bedroom would be better since we visited in August, although the fan was ok but an AC in the bedroom would have been better, the bedroom mattress a little hard. The apartment is on the fourth floor, which is not really a problem, we used the lift or the stairs, the lift was very slow and no more than three people so we need to split ourselves or divid to some use the lift and others the stairs :)

Positive: Lovely big apartment in a great location close to the beach, very comfortable and quite, supermarket close by, very easy to get to from the airport on the tram line 2 with the Magnan stop beside the property.

Positive: great location, beautiful, sunny, clean and cozy apartment, 100 m to the sea, 5 m to the first bistro, 2 supermarkets within 5 min walk, tram 100 m. all distances reachable on foot or by tram. comfortable living, 2 large bedrooms, an unrivaled equipped kitchen, bathroom, 2 toilets, balcony with sea view, lift. the owner provided comprehensive information on how to pick up the keys with wishes for a pleasant stay.

Positive: The apartment was bigger than expected and well appointed
Negative: Check in was 4 o’clock. We arrived at 5:10 and the cleaners were still in the apartment. There was no Wi-Fi information supplied therefore none of us could get connected.
