There are three bedrooms, all located upstairs with stylish, mostly brand-new furniture, and comfortable new mattresses. The first room is a master suite with a King-sized bed with a full bath and a walk-in closet. In addition, there is a TV in the Master room that has Xfinity TV, Netflix, Amazon Video, HBO Max, Peacock, Disney Plus, & Hulu. The second room has a comfortable Queen-sized bed with a closet. The third bedroom has a bunk bed with a Full and Twin sized beds for the kids. Also, there is second full bathroom upstairs for the convenience of the guests.
Downstairs has a two living rooms, the entry living room has a comfortable sofa that can be used as a pullout bed. This space also has an office desk if needed for work purposes. This space also leads to the main living room, where you can relax and watch some TV in front of the fireplace. The living room TV has Xfinity TV, Netflix, Amazon Video, HBO Max, Peacock, Disney Plus, & Hulu.
Downstairs also has a full kitchen with a dining area that has a circular dining table and four comfortable chairs. There's a half bath and laundry room with a washer and dryer.

Summary: We stayed here to visit parents/grandparents for Thanksgiving. The house was much larger than the pictures indicated. Beds were amazing. There was a TV in the master but I’d suggest TV’s in the other 2 bedrooms since we were staying there with our adult children. Very quiet neighborhood with a very relaxing backyard. We will be back.

Summary: We are 3 adults traveling to Oregon to enjoy the outdoors. We needed a home with 3 beds and a hot tub. We found just what we needed here with this home. Conveniently located in a quaint neighborhood east of downtown Portland. We were able to drive to see the falls, Mt Hood and Silver Falls state park and arrive back at the home with relative ease. There is plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. The owners are kind and friendly and very responsive. We felt very safe in the home!

Summary: Many wall spaces are bare, furniture is just so so comfort wise and could use bedroom chairs and dressers, entry living area could also use more furniture. There are many repair issues and updating needed. We didn't feel that the back yard was very inviting to spend time in and BBQ grill in need of replacing. This was our first home renting experience ( came with family for a wedding ) and all left disappointed in the accommodations. The location was convenient to shopping and dinning but very narrow street with very close lots.
