Summary: Wonderful surprise stay at an updated yet historic hotel. Staff was awesome, easy parking, great on-site bar/restauant and still had space for a fitness room and 2 racquet sports courts!!! So unusual, especially for a very small, quaint town.

Summary: Not a great check-in experience. When I asked what room was told the person didn't know, it was on the key. It's an older hotel but coffee pot or fridge would have been a welcome edition to the room.

Summary: Probably the best choice in Red Lodge, which maybe needs a new hotel. The Pollard is a classic old hotel that has retained many vintage touches while updating bathrooms, upgrading to flatscreen TVs, and converting racquetball courts to pickle ball. Still, it’s a little like staying in your odd great grandmother’s house. The restaurant in the hotel has the best breakfast in town and super friendly service. The town may be hesitant about the growth of arts and culture tourism, with Tippet Rise Arts Center nearby and the Red Lodge Cannery being redeveloped into a studio/ gallery/coffee shop complex by Roxy and Sofia Paine, but it would be smart to start thinking about its version of Hotel Saint George in Marfa, TX. The town is friendly, fun, and eclectic — but will need to figure out how to serve more diverse visitors, beyond bikers and Beartooth travelers.

Summary: The history of this hotel is fascinating enough, but the service, amenities and rooms were fantastic. Right downtown, walking distance to everything. The restaurant was great as well! Our queen room was on the smaller side - no closet, dresser - and you could fall into bed from the doorway. But! It was an amazing experience because of the history of the hotel. A lot to do around town plus you can take a 20 minute drive to go see the pig races which were entertaining to say the least. We will be back!

Summary: The place was great, the room was a bit small but that’s not that big a deal. The staff was very friendly, the hotel had a restaurant for breakfast and lunch, there was very nice gym, they had a racquetball and pickleball facility, free parking. There were nice restaurants that offered great food with a fantastic vibe.

Summary: This property is very unique because of its history. It is very well maintained and the staff/owner/manager were super friendly and helpful. It is beautifully decorated to reflect the historical character. The bathroom was very very nice! However, our room was so small we could barely move around without bumping into each other.

Summary: We stayed at the Pollard Hotel for one night. Our check in was quick and efficient, we were directed to where to park (free) and the room was ready. The bed was very comfortable, all amenities were available and the staff was responsive to our needs. It was a busy night as there were 3 wedding couples in the hotel but everything went smoothly. The gym was outstanding and open 24/7. We would recommend this hotel to visitors to Red Lodge, Montana.
