Positive: We had a pleasant stay overall, though there were a few drawbacks. The hotel is located near a busy street, but surprisingly, we didn’t hear any noise from our room. The street view isn’t anything special, but once inside, the pool area is quite nice and relaxing. The reception staff were generally kind and welcoming. The hotel proudly displays awards it received between 2017 and 2019, and I believe it was deserving of them back then. Breakfast is served across the street, and there's always a friendly staff member helping guests cross safely, stopping traffic if needed. The breakfast itself was consistently good and enjoyable. We visited during Songkran, and the hotel organized a beautiful beachfront buffet dinner for guests, complete with a fire show. It was truly a lovely experience and a highlight of our stay! All in all, the staff were helpful and friendly throughout the stay. One thing to keep in mind: swimming in the sea isn’t recommended in this area due to jellyfish, so we spent our time by the pool instead. Would I book this hotel again? Probably yes—but if I return to Koh Samui, I might be curious to try somewhere new for a different experience!
Negative: During check-out, we had to ask twice for corrections on our bill, which wasn't accurate at first. The receptionist seemed a bit annoyed with us for double-checking, which left a slightly negative impression at the end. It’s starting to show signs of aging, and could benefit from some renovations here and there. Nothing major—still clean and nice—but it's noticeable. Dining at the hotel was tasty, but quite expensive, as were the cocktails. So while the quality was there, it felt a bit overpriced.
Summary: Good Overall Experience, but a Bit Pricey and Showing Its Age.

Positive: Beautiful pool which we could see directly from the room and direct beach access. The hotel was, unfortunately, a taxi ride from all of the amenities we wanted which was expensive.
Negative: The additional bed which I requested was a sofa bed which was extremely hard and uncomfortable. The food in the hotel was very disappointing. The majority of the food was Thai but if the hotel want's to attract western customers, they need to improve the menu to cater for western tastes. Also, for breakfast, we had to walk across the road. This had limited seats and on occasions we had to sit in the cooking section which was uncomfortably hot with no air conditioning. I believe that a hotel of this 'quality' should have its own restaurant.
Summary: Overall this could be an extremely good hotel but is, in my opinion, let down by yhe comments above.

Positive: The pool was clean & had a great view.
Negative: Pool rooms have no privacy at all with deck chairs for everyones use outside your room.Thankfully it wasn't busy as it'd be a nightmare with strangers on your doorstep it's bad enough everyone can look into your rooms from outside unless you have the curtains drawn then it's dark in the room. The resort seems like no work or maintenance has been done since it was built.
Summary: Ok but not really value for money. Prefer the resort just up the road we stayed at for not much more
