Positive: Perfect location. Managed to park nearby safely. Beautiful house.
Negative: After a long drive, we wanted to have an early night and watch the England match live on TV, but there was only Netflix available and no normal channels. The facilities were great, but we had to go in the owners living quarters and we felt uncomfortable going in the room. Felt intimidated with messages asking to give a 10 when we feel that a review should be as honest as possible. *Edit added on* Read all the reviews with a score under 10. If you dare to criticize, the owner will post a very long, narcissistic message. Well worth a read to see what sort of host she is. We merely expected BBC and ITV like everywhere else you stay in UK. We did not like entering her living room whilst she was in there. Unnecessary comment belittling my review. Mind you, we had a good laugh reading her replies to other "guests"
Summary: Lovely house near Newhaven ferry. Don't dare leave a bad review though.

Positive: Claudia was very welcoming providing an efficient & easy Check In. The property had good parking close by & was ultra clean & of a very high standard with a useful set of notes pertaining to local restaurants & amenities. In my case I was booked on the early ferry to France so I was pleased to discover that the Quay was within relatively easy access to the terminal.

Positive: Our host was so welcoming. The facilities were superb especially with a young g family. Location was perfect within walking distance of the headland and great food.
Summary: Very clean and comfortable. Chilled water on tap. Lovely tv area just off the bedrooms. Beautiful shower room. Superb.

Positive: Amazing room with huge ensuite and great shower and TV room attached with swivel chair and large TV to relax and watch a movie. Great location for ferry port or great place to stay and explore. Clean and friendly with plush room. Nothing to fault throughly recommended!
