Positive: The breakfast was amazing, so many options! The lagoon was beautiful and we loved seeing the fish from the restaurant. The staff were friendly, the location was great, and the ground were beautiful!
Negative: The rooms are a bit dated and our door was quite hard to open. The rooms are also quite noisy as you can hear your neighbours and anyone outside.
Summary: Wonderful place, would stay again!

Positive: All of the staff were sweet, helpful, all smiles and a pleasure to meet. Breakfast was great..Loved the adult pool for quiet time. Loved the cocktail hours with drinks and snacks. Room was super comfy and housekeeping was excellent. Great massage, great dance performance Monday nights. Ample seating and ample variety at breakfast. Restaurant is excellent too. Lots of activities and grounds extremely attractive and well kept. It is obviously very well managed.
Negative: Need more electrical outlets in room and by bed. MANY of the tables in breakfast area are wobbly and need something under the legs etc..

Positive: the breakfast was great. The beach was fantastic. The room was disappointing. It is very tired and needs updating. The lighting is terrible - ie: the lights above the bed are basically sitting on your pillow so you hit them all the time. The staff were great and the place was kept impeccably clean
Negative: The rooms are so very tired. They need upgrading. I was very disappointed when we got shown to our room.
Summary: We had a love time but again, i can not stress that the place needs some attention.

Negative: Not much! Pillows a bit big/hard, swimming pool was cold - put a lot of people off going in (the sea was warmer!)

Positive: Great location on the beach with the lagoon which made it the perfect location for children to snorkel safely. Resort had all we needed for water fun with children. Great buffet breakfast for whole family. Helpful and friendly staff. Great meal options for children at the restaurant.
Negative: Some areas were a little tired and needed updating and a good clean. Housekeeping of the room was very random and not thorough. Had to request for room to be restocked etc
