Positive: The gardens were well kept. The room was spacious and the staff were friendly.
Negative: They need to keep the buffet stocked better - could never find a spoon, sometimes no bowls & coffee machine always breaking down.

Positive: The greenery in the hotel.
Negative: The food was pretty average, and room service was poor. They don't keep water or any tea coffee in the room and one needs to walk half a kilometre everyday to collect water and other supplies for room. 😖

Positive: Public facilities and spaces were nicely laid out and maintained. Great gardens. Good watersport options. Good variety of restaurants although food could be improved. Best food sushi, Lime & Riviera
Negative: There is room for improvements: Soft pillows, ensure water drains from WHB, refurbish rooms ( very dated), extra chair in room, replace bedsheets (frayed), different cleaning product - too much bleach smell. Bar staff more attentive - forgot me twice!
Summary: Great public facilities, good choice of restaurants but very dated old rooms

Negative: Shortage of teaspoons at breakfast, and the birds can be a bit annoying at breakfast, as the ‘flag man’ is not always there, but the waiters clean the empty plates very quick, which help.

Positive: Really nice property with lots to do. Got rooms close to the reception. The a la carte restaurants were really good quality but hard to get reservations for.
Negative: Hard to get reservations for the a la carte restaurants. The food was very same and not a change of options daily.

Positive: The hotel has a fantastic relaxed vibe. The staff were amazing and couldn’t do anymore for you. The grounds were immaculately presented and well maintained. The food was great in the buffet and the restaurants. We enjoyed O beach the most. The games and activities are awesome and the entertainment team were always about having fun. Finally the staff in the boat house went above and beyond on a daily basis, laughing, joking and having fun with my family when we were going out on either the pedalos, kayaks or hobby cat. Clearly a great team!!
Negative: We were lucky enough to be upgraded to luxury suite. The rooms were huge but felt a little tired and probably in need of updating (which we noticed was already underway elsewhere in the hotel). Very minor point really.
