Positive: Such a wonderful location, sea views, plenty of space and just a few yards from the South West Coast Footpath. Absolutely perfect for a long weekend with our two dogs. I wish we could have stayed the week!

Positive: Stunning location and wonderful view of the sea. Modern facilities and open plan kitchen and living room. Access to amazing coastal walks to Wembury, Yealm (beautiful) and Bovisands, almost from the property's gate. Great food at the Eddystone Inn which is a 2 - 3 minute walk from the property. Nice and peaceful location.
Negative: OK let's go with my first world problems.... The property is adjacent to the owners property, don't get me wrong the owners are really nice but I would have preferred it to be separate. For dog owners there isn't a garden or area for them to use on the site but just outside the property gate there is some grass or you can walk part way down the public footpaths etc. Not a big issue but it would have been nice to let the dog out in a garden / area before bed time. Offsite parking is available but it's a bit of a squeeze even for a car as small as an A1. Parking on the road is available, opposite the property.
