Red Door Lodge II. Just 8 Minutes from the Cooperstown Dreams Park and under 5 miles to The National Baseball Hall of Fame and downtown Cooperstown, this home is the perfect place for multiple families. There’s plenty of room to spread out.
We have a heated in-ground salt water pool (no harsh chemicals), all pool towels provided, basketball half-court with basketball, firepit with firewood and a pool house with a ping-pong table, corn hole, no one will be bored! The pool house is Team Party Central an outdoor TV make this home stand out from the rest! One of many parts of the property includes a full kitchen Inside the pool house and half-bath. Unlike most rental houses, Team parties are allowed here.
Red Door lodge II is 5,200 +/- square feet. It boasts 9 bedrooms, 5 full bathrooms and 3 half-baths and sleeps 20 people comfortably. Every bedroom has wall mounted flat-screen TV. Each bathroom has bath towels, hand towels and washcloths. High-speed internet throughout the property will allow you to stay connected and keep your family and friends back home updated on your team’s progress. Included as well, is a starter set with the basics you will need when you arrive, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, dishwasher soap, dish soap and dish sponge. For the team gatherings we will be providing a full rack of wood for the fire pit.
Red Door Lodge II has plenty of parking, enough for the whole team. After a long day at the ball field, parents and kids can go home to relax, cool off in the pool, play a game of hoops, or just hang out on the patio. There’s a regular BBQ grill, a party size grill, and a Blackstone griddle. (all propane provided)
The first floor boasts an open kitchen, a dining area, and living space. The kitchen is stocked with cooking essentials - pots and pans, toaster, blender, dishes, wine glasses, etc. Just off the kitchen, the back door leads you to a quiet, a large secluded deck with comfortable seating to take in the country air. In the living room, a large flat-screen TV. With large leather sofas, there’s room for everyone. Also on the first floor are 4 bedrooms: a queen with a half-bath and private entrance, an en suite king bedroom, and queen and king rooms that share a bathroom. With TVs, and closets in every room, you will feel right at home.
The second floor has 2 separate queen bedrooms, as well a loft area with a futon. With the same amenities as the first floor, including wall-mounted TVs. There is a full bathroom with washer and dryer
In addition to the pool house and the outdoor play area, the finished lower level is also an entertainment site. With more plush leather sofas and a large flat-screen TV, it’s the perfect dugout for the kids. There are 2 private king-size bedrooms with a window, one of which has an en suite. Additionally there will be a Queen sized bedroom. There is also a half bath in the finished lower level.
Red Door Lodge II has central heat and air-conditioning as well as 2 on demand hot water heaters never run out of hot water!
It’s 10 minutes from downtown Cooperstown, where you will find great restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, and beautiful Otsego Lake. It’s a 10 minute drive to the well-known Brewery Ommegang.
