Positive: They were flexible and helpful to give has a bedroom with a bigger bed.
Negative: The pool area is too small for allowing kids in the hotel. It’s a shame this hotel is not an adult only as it’s a small boutique concept. Some of the couples we where there felt uncomfortable and anointed as it’s a remote quiet place to relax. The music after lunch it’s also very loud.
Summary: A perfect place to relax if there is not kids around.

Positive: - The hotel is beautifully designed with thoughtful interior design. It's a great place for a very relaxed holiday. - The bedroom (deluxe pool-facing room) was spacious, with lovely high ceilings. The bed was very comfy, the curtains kept the light out, and both the air conditioning and fan worked well. The balcony was a lovely spot to chill. We really liked the shampooo, shower gel and hand wash. - The pool area was amazing and a great place to relax all day. The pool and shower were both at a good temperature, and there were plenty of sun loungers. I thought the music was a nice touch and wasn't too loud. It never felt crowded, even though there were a few other guests staying at the hotel at the same time. - The sauna is a great addition. - We really appreciated that we were able to check in an hour early when we arrived. Our flight on our last day wasn't until 21:45 so we really appreciated the fact that the staff were able to hold our bags for the day and that we were able to use the facilities after we checked out. Midday checkout is great too as most other hotels are at 10:00. - It's only a 20 minute drive to Dalaman airport (cost us 1040 lira). Appreciated the help to book the taxi too!
Negative: - The hotel is quite far from the town center and the beach, especially if you don't have a car. The staff should make the shuttle services more prominent. - The breakfast could have been improved — although tasty, it was too focused on sweet items and should have included more savory options. Only water, Turkish tea and weak filter coffee were included in the price, which felt a bit basic. I would have expected juice and espresso-based coffee to be included at no extra charge. - The restaurant looked great, so we decided to dine there on our last night in Turkey. Unfortunately, it was a major disappointment. After waiting quite while without being served, we had to go up to the bar to order. It then took over an hour for our food to arrive, and they brought us the wrong dish. The staff offered us dessert, but by that point, it was past 10p, so we just asked for our glasses of wine to be removed from the bill. I would have appreciated a more genuine apology (rather than excuses) and a bigger discount, as this was very disappointing. Both dishes that we got in the end (the prawns and salmon) lacked accompanying vegetables and carbs - we were both still hungry which is shocking given the price. I suggest heading into town for food instead (I'd recommend Dorya, The Kebab Point, and Gözleme Köfte Ev Yemekleri).
Summary: Very relaxed stay with stunning interior design, pool and views. Disappointing food and service.

Positive: What didn’t we like is really the question when it comes to this hotel. It exceeded our expectations. Breakfast was amazing and staff were really friendly and willing to help. The whole hotel is stunning and we look forward to go back. We posted the hotel on our instagram stories and had so many friends reach out wanting to know where the hotel was.
Negative: That we didn’t stay longer haha
Summary: This is our first holiday as a family of 3 and the staff were super sweet with our baby.

Positive: If you are traveling with kids hotel is close to airport also clean modern and nice. Service was amazing staff are friendly
Negative: One of the railings on the staircase was missing a bar, which is dangerous for families with small children. We pointed out the missing bar to the reception. We went with our 3-year-old daughter, and we were very scared when she went through the gap.
Summary: If we visit Muğla again, we will definitely choose to stay there.

Positive: Property was beautiful. Everything was very clean and looked brand new. Staff was friendly.
Negative: Not much to do there, very small. Great if you want to stay at a nice quiet hotel and sit by the pool, but that’s about it. Massage was excellent but just as expensive as the US.
