Positive: This Bentota hotel in Sri Lanka was one of the best family places we have ever visited. My kids felt very safe during our whole stay, which was the most important thing for us. The people were incredibly friendly, kind, and always ready to help. The hotel had a beautiful swimming pool with fresh sweet water, surrounded by amazing nature. We could see many wild animals around the area, which made the experience even more special. The beach nearby was also beautiful and very relaxing. The rooms were cleaned every day by the staff, and everything was always fresh and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, especially the fresh local Sri Lankan papaya juice, which we loved every morning. They also offer Western food if you prefer. What impressed me the most was how much the staff cared about children. Even if parents wanted to relax or go somewhere for a short time, the staff always helped and made sure the kids were safe and comfortable. As a parent, this gave us real peace of mind. I can highly recommend this place for European families traveling to Sri Lanka. You can truly relax here knowing your children are very safe. I have traveled all around the world, but I have never met people as warm, caring, and genuine as the Sri Lankan people. They are truly amazing.

Positive: My type of accomadation. Helpfully when needed but space to come and go. Loverly pool and breakfast and close to beach.

Negative: Give correct booking money as difference promised but not delivered!!!
