Summary: Overall we had a lovely stay. Heated pool was great for the kids in the colder weather and they loved the tennis court and basketball hoop. Having the shed full of kids gear was a lovely bonus. The view was very nice also. Check in and check out were easy and everyone was friendly. The property was clean and a nice size. Everything we needed. I liked the layout of living upstairs and sleeping downstairs. A few things that could have been better: The property has a fair amount of stairs, we ended up bringing my grandmother at the last minute and although she could get up and down ok with care, it was something to keep in mind if you had elderly or little kids. The traffic noise was significant. Especially from the back bedroom and living area upstairs, we had to turn the tv up extra loud to hear it over the traffic at times. There seems to be dogs that live in one of the beach houses. I love dogs but they barked and howled fairly constantly until 10pm each night which was not ideal. The ensuite door was broken and therefore did not close. The batteries had gone in all but one of the remotes for the air conditioners. We have a large car and parking was a bit of a nightmare, we couldn't fit in our allocated space without doing a 10-point turn even with parking sensors and reverse cameras and ended up having to park at the visitor car park at the end. If you have a small or average size car though it should be fine. The internet is only 400mb per day, fine for a bit of email but would have been a problem for me on a longer stay to be able to do some work or if the kids wanted to use their Ipads.

Summary: Although we only stayed one night, Dan and Nora were incredibly accommodating. The rooms were just as described + thoroughly enjoyed the use of the pool and tennis court. Only a short distance to Hastings Street which was ideal. Highly recommend, look forward to coming again and extending our stay. Thank you!

Summary: Well appointed individual beach houses, with direct access to the beach. Close to the Perigean Beach shopping/cafe/restaurant area, and only a 10min drive to Noosa.Excellent property managers who are more than willing to help you out.
