Positive: The quietness and location were lovely. There was plenty of room and the availability of extra rooms was great too.
Negative: The stairs going to the basement were not so easy to navigate with the small rubber mats on them. Everything else was fine.
Summary: Welcoming friendly hosts who went out of their way to provide what we needed. The setting was lovely!

Positive: The hosts were exceptionally kind and accommodating. The space was well appointed and had everything we needed for our one night stay. When I suggested a stool to reach the higher cabinets (I’m short), Susan brought one immediately. Breakfast was delicious and tailored to our varied preferences. The location is in a quiet neighbourhood and well situated to quickly get anywhere in North Vancouver as well as close to the second Narrows Bridge to get into Vancouver or out to the valley. There is parking on the property and on the street. We travelled as a family of four adults and we were all impressed!
Negative: Everything was great!
Summary: Wonderful hosts who made our stay very comfortable in their lovely basement suite apartment.

Positive: Everything. We're very pleased with the space. The original plan was only for only 4 friends but, a fifth friend joined us last minute. In the living room, the oversized sofa accommodated two persons separately and comfortably.

Positive: Lots of room and the kitchen was very well stocked with everything you would ever need. Spent more time out than in the suite but next time would definitely make time to have a soak in the wonderfully deep tub. All kinds of toiletries available, including bath salts. We were asked if we would like a hot breakfast the next morning and were really glad we said yes, as the owner's son is a chef and made wonderful eggs Benny and fresh fruit plates. Lovely fruit bowl and other items also in the suite.
Negative: Twin beds were ok, but could use a foam topper for comfort. Suggest an extension cord be made available for charging.
