Located in the beautiful hill country town of Dripping Springs, TX, The Riley Place sits on a hill facing toward the west where you can watch the sunset. The house has 5 bedrooms and 3 baths. One of the bedrooms is actually a bunk room that sleeps 6. The total bed space accommodates 14, but in addition there are two living areas with queen-sized sleeper couches which could sleep 4 more. Plus there are 3 futons that make into beds as well. There is a huge covered deck as well as a rock patio with lounging chairs where you can kick back and enjoy a cook-out or relax with friends or family . The back yard has a firepit surrounded by benches for a late evening fireside gathering. The Riley Place is just minutes away from many local wedding venues, as well as local wineries and tasting rooms. The owners live right next door and will be glad to help you any way we can.
