Positive: We had a suite which included club lounge. The room was fantastic with a separate lounge area as well as main bedroom ensuite there was a powder room also. This can in super handy for our family of 3. The bathrooms were beautifully fitted out and large. The staff upon check in were very pleasant and extremely lovely and helpful. It is a lovely Hotel and our flight was late in the evening and we were lucky enough to have been given a late check out and able to still use the Club lounge. Thank you so much for a lovely stay and making our journey home an enjoyable one.

Positive: We had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The room was immaculately clean, extremely comfortable, and beautifully maintained throughout our visit. All the staff members were incredibly kind, attentive, and professional, which made our experience even more enjoyable. The staff overall were truly brilliant โ€” the real jewel of the place. Iโ€™m sure they are guided by a great leader, as the level of service and care was outstanding. The breakfast buffet was truly the best Iโ€™ve ever had in my entire life โ€” both in taste and variety. Every single item was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. It was a daily highlight of our stay, with something to satisfy every palate. Special thanks to: โ€ข Melany (Reception) โ€“ Exceptionally helpful and kind. We loved our room, and we truly appreciated her warm welcome and professionalism. Negative: Wish the pool had a deeper meter to swim. The pool seems like a big kiddy pool. Only 1.2 meters. Should have 1.5meters.

Front Desk Excellence โ€“ Sara Zefanya & Team A heartfelt thank you to Sara Zefanya (and the entire front desk team). Their warm welcome, attention to details (I always choose non smoking room), and genuine hospitality made me feel like a valued guest from the start. What stood out most was how they remembered my name and consistently offered thoughtful, proactive solutions to any request or concern. Itโ€™s rare to find a team so in sync and committed to guest satisfaction. Club Lounge Experience โ€“ Christian The Club Floor was another highlight, thanks to Christian, whose service was nothing short of outstanding. He not only ensured every detail of my visit was perfect but also introduced me to a unique touch of local cultureโ€”traditional Jamu drinks served exclusively within the Club Lounge. This thoughtful gesture added a layer of authenticity and exclusivity that I truly appreciated. Musical Ambience โ€“ The Pianist In the afternoon the atmosphere was elevated by the soulful tunes of the hotelโ€™s pianistโ€” I spent time talking with an older pianist (I noticed Ritz CArlton Mega Kuningan has two pianist, the younger guy and the older one) this older guy was wearing a Parisian-style beret. Overall Impression This stay was a perfect blend of elegance, cultural richness, and heartfelt service. The people truly made the difference, and I left with a deep appreciation for the Ritz-Carltonโ€™s commitment to excellence.
Negative: Everyone at the club floor lounge are great! Chrstian did a great job serving me; adding some traditional "Jamu" which are only served at the club floow. I felt very appreciated with that.
Summary: definetly my first priority everytime I am in JAkarta.
