Positive: Service levels were incredible, the staff were very thoughtful about small details and treat you like royalty. Beautiful hotel. Spa area is amazing! Everything was perfect, couldn’t recommend it more.

Positive: The Staff was amazing and the view from the Villa was beautiful! And the breakfast was pretty good as well.
Negative: Unfortunately the beach was not great. The sand was very rough and it was steep so it was hard to walk on. Obviously you can't change that rocks in the water but I feel like they could have done something to make the beach more accessible and nicer.

Positive: We had the most incredible stay at The Ritz-Carlton Samui for our honeymoon — and a huge part of that was thanks to Sunny, who went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, he took the greatest care of us, showing incredible thoughtfulness toward my pregnant wife and ensuring everything was perfect. The view from our room was nothing short of breathtaking — an unobstructed sunrise every morning that truly made us feel like royalty. I’ve never felt more relaxed or looked after. Negative: Nothing - it even has tennis courts which is an added bonus. The breakfast was one of the best I have experienced and we have been to many 5 star hotels around the world!!
