Positive: This is a large and busy hotel even in the off season. The double queen room is beautiful and spacious very comfortable for a family of 4. The beach service wasn’t great but the pool had a great vibe and service. The pool chairs were the most comfortable I have ever enjoyed. The grill restaurant was pricy but fantastic food and service!! Nolita was great for lunch best pizza I ever had!! The gym was also amazing spacious, all new and lots of equipment! The Vallet and bell services were very efficient
Negative: There is no view of the beach from the hotel lobby, restaurants or pool. If you want an ocean view you have to choose an ocean view room. We had a partial view from our balcony but with the hotel being set a bit off the beach (there is a sort of march lands between the hotel and the beach) from the 12 floor it wasn’t enjoyable to sit on the balcony. There was also construction across the street on our side of the building.
Summary: All round five star experience you get what you pay for I will be back !

Positive: It was nice to stay at newly renovated place and food was overall good. We had poolside lunches and breakfast buffet.
Negative: Water pressure was so low on 14th fl and one lady at concierge was very rude. I understand her first language is not English but we were suspicious if she was a racist.
