Summary: The hotel was very beautiful. The noise level was high due to weddings and bands playing on the lower floors during my first night. It was hard to get to sleep until after 11:00 PM. Double charged for the room which wasn’t fun but was able to get it resolved quickly.

Summary: We like everything. This was our first trip to St Louis. The hotel and surroundings exceeded all our expectations. We booked 3 rooms and they got us all on the same floor. It was Christmas and the decorations and festivities were wonderful.
