Positive: Everything about this hotel was excellent. The location is right in the heart of the city, which is very convenient, although it can be a little noisy at night because of the surrounding activity. There is also no elevator, and some rooms are located on the second or third floor. However, the staff were incredibly helpful and carried all of our luggage at no extra cost. The staff member who assisted us was very professional and even seemed reluctant to accept a tip, despite the excellent service he provided. We were very grateful for his help. Overall, we had a great stay
