Summary: The Staff could have been more welcoming! When we arrived we were not greeted with a HELLO, GOOD MORNING or a SMILE! I would have liked to see more ENTHUSIASM on behalf of the Staff. Alex our waitress at The Pool House, exemplified how everyone on your Staff should model themselves after. She was KIND, SWEET and WELCOMING with her Smile!

Summary: I enjoyed my stay. The hotel is beautiful classy and quiet a great staycation spot the beach is right in front of you there is also a pool and outdoor sauna's and a spa. I had a great experience at the spa I got the rock and glow package totally worth it and dinner at Margie’s was great too I definitely will be back.
