Positive: We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment (#5). It's comfortable, very clean, cozy, and has no tobacco smell. The huge balcony is perfect for enjoying coffee or tea outdoors. Everything you need is there. All the appliances in the apartment work and match the description. The hot water is strong and pressure is good. The heating in the room is excellent. It's warm. No odors in the bathroom. There's a washing machine! The owner is always available. It's very safe. There's plenty of free parking. No need to worry about finding a parking spot. The apartment is in a great location. The breakfast is very good and varied! Tea and coffee are provided, and there's a coffee machine with coffee beans! They don't skimp on their guests. Highest recommendations!

Positive: The owners are very pleasant people. We always had a reserved parking spot for the car.The apartment was spacious, with a large terrace along its entire length. Evenings on the terrace are a real pleasure. In the living room, there is a huge TV with Google TV and good internet. The kitchenette is equipped with a large refrigerator, gas stoves, and dishes.

Negative: The only remark is that the breakfast is monotonous.

Positive: Within walking distance to a nice beach, the area offers a quiet and calm environment, making it very suitable for a family trip. Definitely recommended if you're staying in Istanbul and looking for a summer holiday spot within a 2-hour drive. The Festival Market Pazar in Tekirdağ park is truly a hidden gem that deserves to be explored.

Positive: Easy to find, owner lady was waiting for us, was able to find child crib for our son. Apartment was warm prior to our arrival. Delightful breakfast, tee, coffee, everything was great. Room has large terrace too!

Negative: Rooms are rather tiny, double bed in the bedroom is smaller than 160 cm. The room has only one small wardrobe, no chairs... Missing some coathangers and furniture to hang your things or other stuff. Also, only one power socket in the room. I'm sure some of these could be easily provided.
