Summary: Had a suite with private pool sea front - lovely room and large outside area. Staff all very nice and attentive. Hotel very clean. Food was generally good sometimes a little bland. Very enjoyable trip to chill out by the pool.

Summary: The food was excellent with plenty of choice. Both hot and cold options were available and varied each day. The staff were friendly and very helpful. I had no negative experiences here, the accommodation was as described and extremely comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

Summary: the room was perfect, the pool area and the beach was great and accessible. the water park in the sister hotel is very recommended to families with small children.

Summary: Beautiful hotel, staff are so friendly and helpful. Facilities great, hotel feel is laid back and luxurious but not fussy. Very clean and beautifully kept grounds. Location is great 30 minute walk to beautiful little town Panormo which has plenty restaurants, bars and a few shops. 30 minute drive into the city of Rethymno. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxed base to explore Crete, we stayed for 1 week and felt we could have easily stayed another few days.

Summary: This hotel was absolutely amazing. The views, food, staff, and amenities were all exceptional. We only stayed for a few days and did not get an opportunity to experience everything the hotel has to offer. We will definitely return for a longer stay.

Summary: Amazing staff and beautiful hotel, lovely to spend time by the pools and beach. Very nice village 20 minutes from hotel, we walked there in the evening for dinner and took the mini-train back. We have recommended the hotel both to friends with and without children.

Summary: We had a wonderful holiday at the Royal Blue. We arrived on a late flight and there was a problem with our suite so we were upgraded. We could not believe our luck, sheer luxury. The staff were so friendly, the dining experience excellent and we just felt thoroughly spoiled all week. Would love to return.

Summary: The Royal Blue is really a great escape from reality and a dive into relaxation, well-being and quick re-charge of the inner batteries. Thanks again to the staff, the welcoming-atmosphere and the love in every single detail - our stay was amazing. We will definitely come back!
