Positive: Professional and very accommodating and friendly staff esp Liz and the cook/chef (sorry we did not get your name) during the breakfast service. The room is spacious and very clean, beds very comfortable, shower excellent and toiletries were top notch. Location was perfect as very close to the sea..we will definitely go back esp now that we have discovered this piece of royal gem☺️
Negative: Nothing but if I am being too picky, maybe air conditioning in rooms will be great. We had a fan to use on a warm stay though so it’s fine.

Positive: We were allowed to check in ahead of 2pm and leave our car while we went into :Liverpool Staff were friendly and helpful
Negative: The room was small for the price that we paid and you had to go DOWN 4 steps into the bathroom the evening meal was very poor standard and not worthy of the £50.00 advance payment
