Positive: We didn't know there was breakfast.
Negative: Forgot bathing suits. Key entry to get into every single part of the hotel Bathroom and room switches were located in different rooms. Example: half the bathroom switches were in the bedroom or living room area. We didn't find the bathrobes till the last night ๐Ÿ˜ž. Didn't know we needed reservations to eat dinner in Kelowna on the weekends.

Positive: The heated rooftop pool was very beautiful and I loved the experience of having a swim at night, with the view of the city. The view from our balcony was amazing. The bed was very comfortable, the suite was very romantic, and elegant. The security of the building ie./ needing to use keycards for the elevator and to enter the lounge was a smart idea, and made us feel very safe.
Negative: Canโ€™t find a thing to complain about other than checkout times should be later, haha! All jokes aside, this was an amazing experience. We will be back
Summary: Luxurious and romantic experience, that felt like a 3 day vacation in just one nights stay.

Positive: Great location! Lotโ€™s of space for family of 5.
Negative: Run down. Dishwasher broken, carpets stained, walls dirty in high touch areas (especially on doors)

Positive: The staff were attentive and helpful and it was conveniently located on the water in downtown Kelowna, walkable to restaurants/coffee shops and close to a wedding we were attending. Once our room was changed, we had a lovely patio overlooking Lake Okanagan, that we spent most of our time on.
Negative: The bathrooms were dirty on our arrival, and the room looked nothing like the pictures we saw on booking.com. That said, the staff did move us to another room which still wasnโ€™t 100% accurate but nicer and we were fine with that. The rooms feel dated and need an upgrade so Iโ€™m not sure itโ€™s worth the price.
