Summary: Request for specific kind of room was accommodated. Room clean and comfortable. Some of the electric plugs didn’t work, or items weren’t plugged in. There is some maintenance that needs to be done. It is the nicest hotel in the area and very busy.

Summary: Very nice hotel, very nice and friendly. The only issue I have is they are not really set up for people with disabilities. Beds are high, no button that opens the door when you come into the hotel, which makes it very hard on a person sitting in a wheelchair to enter. They would not be able to enjoy the breakfast they offer unless the hotel staff did it for them, because the counters are to high.

Summary: The room was just OK. The TV did not have HD channels. We watched a football game and the quality of the reception was poor. It was hard to tell 9's from 3's. There was no guide either on paper or electronically to tell what channels were available. The 2 young ladies at the front desk were very kind and helpful.
