Negative: Front desk 1- When I asked what exit and directions the man at the desk said he didn't know. I wound up back on the interstate and was unable to get off and turn around for 22 miles, 44 miles out of the way. It was dark, late when I finally found someone in a convenience store who gave me directions. Front desk 2- We got in late, maybe 10pm. I am traveling with 2 cats who have never traveled before. We are moving to Virginia. So I slept a little later,10 am. The maid knocked on the door at 11 am. I told them I was doing my best. The cats were giving me trouble. At 1155 am, the lady from the front desk called on the phone and told me I had 5 minutes or she was going to charge me for the day. Then she hung up on me. It was a Thursday morning, and it wasn't like the maid was waiting for me to get out. He was cleaning another room.

Negative: Room was on 2nd floor with no elevator had to use steps with a disability. Wish King rooms listed would have stated 2nd floor no elevator and steps only provided.
