Positive: Everything. Too much to list but suffice it to say we will stay there again with no hesitation. Friendly owner, amenities were more than we expected, clean and in great order. Absolutely loved the place.
Negative: Nothing at all.

Positive: Lovely and beautifully styled home with lots of attention to detail. Clean, comfortable and the owners were very thoughtful in the amenities that were offered for guests such as extra toothbrushes, travel size hair brushes, coffee pods for the Keurig machine are some that come to mind. The location was perfect as it is right across the street from several waterfront restaurants/bars. All within walking distance which was great. A 20 minute drive to Tarpon Springs which made for a nice day visit. All in all, the place was nearly perfect and the owners were very easy to get in touch with and were always responsive. I look forward to visiting again.
Negative: The A/C stopped blowing out cold air after the first day but the owner was quick to get someone over to fix it. It wasn’t an inconvenience as we left the property for a few hours to let them work on the problem. There wasn’t any hot or warm water during our stay, but given the temperature outside, we just took quick showers. I’m sure it was taken care of after we checked out. Lastly, two things I would recommend would be to put curtains in the front bedroom as it gets really bright in there as soon as the sun comes up, which made it difficult to sleep in past 6:30 am, and a full length mirror would be useful as well. Very minor things.

Positive: The house is amazing! Clean and inviting! Location is great! Convenient to everything! Shopping, fishing, swimming, etc… Owners are great also, attentive and accommodating. Fun yard games, and a putting green! We couldn’t have asked for more!
