On the Oregon Coast, halfway between the village of Seal Rock and Brian Booth State Park is the Seal Rock Hideaway. This stunning, four-story home has two decks, a large, fenced-in yard and private beach access. Just seconds out the back door, the beach offers tide pools, some of the best agate hunting in the area and a short walk to the Seal Rocks themselves. Rain or shine, you can enjoy a soak in the covered hot tub, or take in the view from the crow's nest on the fourth floor. If a winter storm rolls in off the Pacific, you can cozy up next to a wood-burning fireplace with a hot drink or a glass of wine. The house offers total privacy and ample parking, both in the private driveway and the attached, two-car garage. Book your stay at the Sanctuary and enjoy all the Oregon Coast has to offer.

When you book with us, a hold of $200 will be put on your card starting the day you arrive at our beach house until 7 days post departure. If all of the check-out items on the departure list are completed and no extra cleaning is required, the hold on your card will be released. Reminder: This functions not as a charge where the money ever leaves your account, but a pre-authorized amount by the cardholder that could be retrieved by OPI if extra cleaning was needed after your stay. Summary: This house was insanely clean. It’s far bigger than the pictures show. The house sits off the highway but the sound of the ocean buffers the sound of the trucks/cars. There is a bit of greenery (trees/shrubs) which provides privacy. It has a lovely yard with grass, no stickers. The most frequented rooms all have amazing views of the beach/ocean. We were there on a holiday weekend. I expected a crowd but it was really quite secluded. The multiple balconies on different floors are fantastic. The kitchen was HUGE and looks out over the ocean. Over-the-top fantastic! The heat got to be a bit much. There is no a/c so we hid out in the bottom floor game room on the days it got into the 80’s. I brought a floor fan but it was just too hot during the day to be reasonably comfortable. We left the doors open in the evening but the days were rather rough.

Summary: If you are looking for that perfect multi family house with the perfect location, this is the one. What a great layout. The kids loved the crows nest and the ping pong table. We have stayed in multiple homes on the coast. I believe we have found our favorite.

Summary: Great house, but probably too big for what we needed. Love the view! The rooms were very comfortable. Did not use the downstairs due to lack of heat but the main level stayed very comfortable. Hot tub took a while to get hot, but was able to use the last day. Very nice property if you have a large family

Summary: Great home and yard for families. Lots of thought to amenities and comfort. We would stay again. Communication marked down because the morning we were supposed to check in we received an email saying heat was broken and portable heaters would be provided. For December we were apprehensive - but since we only needed two bedrooms, closing off the rest of the house worked OK. Would have preferred more notice and a phone call to discuss options- before we were already on the road to the house.

Summary: Four of us (myself & spouse and my parents) stayed here for a week. The house is beautiful, the view is amazing (especially from the master bedroom), the kitchen was well stocked and very large. They have done a great job with the stairs to the beach, it may be too steep for some, if so, there is easier access just one or two houses down (drive & park). The hot tub worked the first half of the stay but lost heat for the the end so was not usable (to be fair, maybe we did something? The controls are not user friendly). The thermostat worked in the house, however, the blower was broke, so we had very little heat without the wood burning fireplace and pellet stove going continuously. We bought $150 in wood/pellets and management delivered wood for us a couple of times. The house is right next to 101, so you do hear some road noise, for us, it was noise was worth the view. Outside of those inconveniences, the only complaint we have is that we still haven’t heard from anyone regarding the deposit or even an apology for there not being heat for our visit (we were there on Nov). Most places we stay at would acknowledge the issue and provide some type of compensation (considering the price of the house and no heat). I reached out asking about this but never got a response, this was very disappointing.
