Positive: It was quiet because it was winter. It is near the beach. It is well furnished.
Negative: I get the impression that the renter seldom or never visit the property. The map is wrong, unless you know what to ignore and what to follow. Instructions send you to an elevator, and no elevator works. Getting to the front door, is the back door without a key. The door with a key has a red light and card reader. Key does not work, card reader does not respond. What does red mean - did our credit card reject, are we at the right door (number different than map) ?? It took us an hour to get into the door and have have rented well over 200 properties. Both cards dont work on the elevators. The fire alarm was beeping for 3 days. Parts of the place was closed off with tape, and then we used the gas one day, then they closed off that area as well to keep us out. There are no staff there, except 1, who must be deaf because they did not respond. Inside is nice, but the resort is terrible. So dont arrive at night, dont go there off season, but inside is very nice and clean (except under furniture)

Positive: Great location. They had great amenities and even a professional margarita maker in the condo. Really nice kitchen facilities, extra TV's, very comfy beds and furnture. We will definitely come back! Great amenities there with 3 pools and a really nice fitness center.
Negative: The weather wasn't good but we can only thank Mother Nature for that!
Summary: We really enjoyed our time there and the down time, very comfortable, clean and well-stocked.
