Positive: We had a fantastic stay here! The house was spotlessly clean, in a beautiful location at a nice beach. The large private garden offers complete privacy – a real oasis of calm. The owner was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our stay, making everything smooth and enjoyable. One of the concerns mentioned in older reviews has been addressed: mosquito nets are now installed over all the beds, making our nights comfortable and bite-free. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and well-cared-for place to relax!

Positive: Awesome remote location with an amazing beach. Jungle, cute and wild nature around. Well maintained territory of villa, nice swimming pool. Spacious 3 BR with AC. Ocean is a bit rough, but in the morning you can swim, or move left/right a bit. Car or scooter is recommended as location is remotely. In general facilities of villa are nice, but with few "but" Owner is always in touch and respond quickly. Hassle free accommodation.
Negative: We were not informed that 1st floor kitchen still under renovation. Kitchen animents needs to be replaced Some cleaning (mostly dust) enhancement is required in common area. Electric Stove - no way, using gas solved issue, but again on non-completed kitchen is not convenient. Be ready - there is a territory security camera and common living room too.
Summary: Great for group of friends and adults.

Positive: Location is absolute top. It is just by the endless empty beach that is great for walking and jumping in waves. The house is comfortable, with washing machine, kitchen, swimming pool
Negative: Some small things need repair (gate to the beach, towel holders, ... ). If repaired it would be absolutely perfect accomodation

Positive: Very beautiful and spacious villa with lots of privacy. I liked the comfortable chairs on the terras something that's hard to find in Sri Lanka. Good communication with the owner trough whatsapp and friendly caretaker.
Negative: There are not a lot of restaurants, so i thought i'd cook myself. The little stove in the kitchen had only two burners and broke down. The caretaker brought one on gas, wich was nice of him. I.m.o the kitchen wasn't suitable to cook meals but was alright for just an omelet or something simple like that.

Positive: The villa is wonderful and well equipped with everything one would need, Very private but with help always at hand when needed , beautiful private beach on the doorstep. Wonderful host and caretaker who couldnt do enugh for us although still maintaining our privacy. Very enjoyable stay and I definitley will be back again

Positive: The villa is amazing in a beautiful location, very private with a beautiful fairly private beach right outside at the bottom of the garden. The gardens are very beautiful and well kept. The caretaker was very helpful with everything and always willing to help in any way although still kept his distance and didnt interupt our privacy. The owner was more than helpful and acted very promptly if anything went wrong, ie the air conditioning broke down and a technician was there within minutes to fix it. Very comfortable stay and a pleasure and hopefully I will be back again, thank you
